We don't send email reminders — the MVP is email-free by design. Instead, each tracker can be exported as an .ics calendar file containing your lease-end date, renewal-notice-window date, and rent-increase date. Import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook and set your own alerts there.
No. Your browser generates an anonymous key stored in local storage; your trackers are tied to that key. No email, no password, no personal data collected. Note: clearing your browser storage or switching devices will lose access to your existing trackers — there's no recovery mechanism.

The tracker service caps at 2,000 total tracker entries across all users (fail-closed: new entries are refused with a clear error when full) and 200 entries per browser key. Labels are limited to 80 characters and notes to 1,000 characters.
